Fresh off producing “rejoinder” on Open Mike Eagle’s latest album Neighborhood Gods Unlimited, Nolan The Ninja teams up with the Chicago emcee once again for his new single “EGOH.”
Produced by Illingsworth (Phonte, IDK), the track provides a groovy neck-snapper full of grit for the two artists to gloat about their awesome capabilities. The hook also has a catchy Sesame Street sing-a-long approach, which makes the track undeniably worthy of a listen or ten.
The song also pays homage to Ultramagnetic MC’s & De La Soul; both with notable hip-hop classics under the title “Ego Trippin.”
