If you’re unfamiliar with the Nigerian-American artist from Brooklyn, New York, well now’s the time to get with the program.

Sudxn, self-proclaimed Yorubaddie, is a singer-songwriter and rapper known for sound blending Afrobeat, hip hop, and house. We met the Brooklyn-based artist last year for the release of her EP, “The Juicy Era”. That’s when we got the full picture of what her messages convey; confidence.

No matter which of Sudxn’s songs you discover first, you’re going to feel the same way each time. And that’s feeling like baddie. Knowing that you’re all that and a bag of chips! But seriously, all jokes aside, even Sudxn said her new single was made with “baddies and bass lines in mind.” She also says, “[Oshamo! (Yorubaddie)] it’s a confident, high-energy anthem that blends Afro, sexy house textures, and alt rap.”
