Editorial Internship

HangTime Magazine is currently accepting applications from college students and graduates for its editorial internship program. Interns receive practical experience in critical reading and analysis, research, fact checking, and the general workings of a national magazine. Each intern works closely with an editor on one section of the magazine, takes part in the creation of the HangTime’s Index, and is encouraged to read widely, generate ideas and approach problems creatively.

Graphic Design/Social Media Internship

HangTime Magazine is looking for a Graphic Design Intern interested in cultivating our digital efforts across all channels. The Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for creating and analyzing content for social media, assisting in the design & layout of assets such as infographics and charts, presentations, and helping to establish HangTime’s brand presence through creative solutions and graphic design.

Event Planning Internship

Seeking ambitious, driven, detail oriented, candidate who will be mentored by a seasoned event planning professional and has the ability to train/work in a team educational environment. The candidate will demonstrate an ability to think creatively, strategically and communicate efficiently internally and externally. The candidate will benefit from the internship experience by mentoring and working with experienced professionals. The internship experience will prepare the student to enter the workplace.
